About TechWithEmma
TechWithEmma is an educational and software resource platform. We provide comprehensive courses, AI agent starter kits (AgentKit/OpenClawKit), source code templates, UI kits, and digital eBooks for developers and SaaS founders.
Merchant of Record & Payments
All digital goods, software licenses, and services on TechWithEmma are sold by Creem (creem.io), our official Merchant of Record.
By making a purchase, you agree to Creem’s Terms of Service. Creem handles all payment processing, global tax compliance (VAT/GST), and billing support. TechWithEmma does not store or process your sensitive financial data.
Educational & Software Resources
All products are provided as self-service resources. Unless explicitly stated, TechWithEmma does NOT provide:
- 1-on-1 personal mentoring or custom coding services
- Direct debugging of your specific implementations
We commit to responding to general support inquiries via techwithemma@gmail.com within 3 business days.
AI Service Disclaimer
Our AgentKits and AI resources utilize third-party models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). TechWithEmma is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these AI model providers. You are responsible for maintaining your own API keys and complying with the terms of those AI providers.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products (instant access to source code and video content),all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us immediately. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account termination and loss of access to all licenses.
License Grant
Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the code for personal and commercial projects.
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the source code or digital assets in their raw form
- Publicly host the source code in open-source repositories
Limitation of Liability
TechWithEmma and Creem provide materials "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any financial losses, API costs, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our software kits.
